2012 Summer Olympic Games - London, England.
I love the Olympic Games! It is the biggest party on Earth! People come from different countries to cheer their best. I get excited by excellence exuberayting from the athletes. Then, I get emotional when the athletes receive a medal as the ultimate recognition of their efforts. Commitment, drive and celebration are my three words for the Olympic Games.
May the best athletes of the World win, and may we all of celebrate their victories.

Street Smarts
Yesterday, I experienced an incredible generous act!
Another small business owner spent two hours with me sharing his lessons learned from when he started to participate in the farmers market. He gave me tips from how to sample my product, how to create a “10-seconds” commercial, how to maximize my product presentation, etc. This person generously shared insights of things that have and have not worked for his business.
As I was listening to him, making copious notes, I realized that this exchange is an exemplification of community. Here it is, a person spending two hours passing-on his street smarts, with no expectation of any returns other than my business prosperity and my success! I realized that indeed P*DE*Q is not only part of a community, but that the community members care about us.
Yesterday’s experience made me even more proud to be a small business owner and a part of the backbone of America! This is what makes us #indivisible! This is what makes us Americans.
